What the guides provide
TeaPlain provides researched explanations and editorial suggestions for learning about Chinese tea. The current English collection covers six teas and a beginner reading path. It is not a shop, packet-authentication service or individual food-safety assessment.
Product-specific directions and the conditions stated in each article matter. Suggested brewing starting points are not guarantees of a particular result. See our editorial method for how sourced information, suggestions and actual tests are distinguished.
Sources and external links
A link identifies supporting material or a place to read further. It does not certify a seller or mean the source endorses TeaPlain. Outside pages and products may change after our check date.
Reusing text and images
Do not assume that every asset on TeaPlain has the same licence. Where an image has an open licence, follow that image’s linked terms and attribution requirements. Our page text does not revoke permissions granted by an image’s original licence.
For example, the homepage Longjing photograph is credited under CC BY-SA 4.0, while the museum label example in the gift guide is credited under KOGL Type 1. The pages state their sources and adaptations. TeaPlain reading annotations should not be attributed to the original photographer.
For reuse questions about other material, contact [email protected], identifying the specific text or asset. Source organisations retain their own rights in material hosted on their websites.
